The Federal Government will use its purchasing power to drive the market to build security into all software from the ground up. After his presentation, the Secretary was joined by Judith Batty, Interim CEO of the Girls Scouts, for a fireside chat to discuss the unprecedented cybersecurity challenges currently facing the United States.
